Business-to-Business Consulting

You don’t have to keep grinding just to survive. I’ve been there — and there’s a better way. Running a baseball training facility can feel like an endless hustle. You’re wearing every hat: giving lessons, managing staff, coordinating teams, selling packages — just trying to make it work. You care deeply about the kids and the game, but the stress, long hours, and financial pressure can wear you down. I know, because I’ve lived it. For years, I ran my facility exactly like that — giving everything I had, chasing just enough revenue to keep going, sacrificing time with family, and wondering if there was ever going to be a payoff. It worked, technically. But only within the limits of a model that was built more for burnout than sustainability. Everything changed when I shifted how I thought about my business. With the mentorship of a friend and client who scaled his car wash business into a national success, I restructured my model using proven business principles — and the results have been transformational. Today, my facility runs more efficiently, I have more time for my family, and my athletes are seeing better results than ever. If you’re a facility owner who loves the game, believes in what you’re teaching, and is open to rethinking the way you run your business — I’d love to talk with you. Let’s set up a free 30-minute conversation to hear where you’re at, what you’re working toward, and whether I can help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and a smarter path to success. I’m looking for growth-minded leaders — people who are great at what they do and are ready to build a business that reflects that.

Areas of Expertise Include:

Facility Operations: Guidance on lease agreements, space planning, and avoiding over-expansion traps

Staffing: Support in hiring, onboarding, and training coaches and administrative personnel

Business Model Development: Creation of efficient, scalable systems tailored to your market and goals

Instructional Program Design: Help refining and structuring your baseball or softball curriculum for players of all ages and skill levels

Whether you’re launching a new academy or refining an existing one, this consulting is designed to help you skip the pain and grow with purpose.
