OUTFIELD TRAINING
Outfield Play
Outfield play is one of the most under-coached yet game-critical areas in baseball. Many of the plays that decide wins and losses happen beyond the infield-and we prepare our athletes to make them with confidence, efficiency, and explosiveness. We focus on technique, athleticism, and game-readiness through:

Forward & Angled Forward Acceleration

Lateral & Angled Lateral Acceleration

Backward & Backward Angled Acceleration

Proper fielding position and footwork

Quick, efficient transfer and compact backswing

Momentum generation toward the target
