HITTING TRAINING
Baseball Hitting and Swing Training
Hitting
THE 3 CORE MOVEMENTS EXHIBITED
BY 95% OF HALL OF FAME HITTERS

The Hips Lead the Hands.
Power and efficiency start from the ground up—hip rotation initiates the swing, allowing the hands to follow with speed and control.

The Hands Stay Inside the Ball.
This promotes a direct path to contact, allowing hitters to cover more of the plate and adjust to different pitch locations.

Match the Swing Plane to the Pitch Plane.
Consistent, solid contact comes from aligning the barrel with the path of the incoming pitch-maximizing both power and plate coverage.

Hitting Training FAQs
What ages do you work with?
Private instruction serves athletes of all ages; memberships are built for middle- and high-school players.
What happens in a typical hitting lesson?
A structured hour: individualized drills, guided practice, simulated competition, and video review. We target one or two changes, then test them at “game” speed so the adjustment holds when it counts.
Do I need a membership to book hitting sessions?
No. Private lessons are available a la carte; memberships add weekly rhythm, added clinics, facility access, and in-season video support.
What’s the advantage of 4-on-1 clinics?
Our 4-on-1 clinics give players the best of both worlds. They get precise skill work with smart tools when those tools will truly help, not for show. That includes machines for timing and pitch sequences, vision tools to sharpen reaction speed, and bat trainers to improve path and barrel control. They also build real team skills through competitive games that teach players to handle winning and losing the right way.
Do you use advanced tools during baseball hitting training?
Yes. We use machines for timing and pitch sequences, vision tools to sharpen reaction speed, and bat trainers to improve path and barrel control. We add them when they will genuinely help, not for show. Our 4-on-1 clinics also build team skills through competitive games that teach players to handle winning and losing the right way.
Can I train remotely for baseball swing training?
Yes. Choose live online sessions, master classes, or video analysis with current and former MLB coaches.
Do you help with college recruiting?
Yes. Members receive guidance on showcases, travel programs, and fit. Dedicated college baseball consulting is also available for families who want a deeper plan.
How often should I train?
Most players benefit from a weekly private lesson plus a clinic or focused practice block. In-season, many switch to shorter tune-ups to keep timing sharp.
What should I bring to a session?
Bat, helmet, batting gloves (if you wear them), clean turf shoes or sneakers, and water. If you have a game-swing video, bring it; we’ll reference it in your plan.
